1. Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and s99may ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

For the purposes of this document, "Services" refers to all games, betting, financial transactions, bonuses, loyalty programmes and customer support functions provided by s99may through its official website at s99may.org and any related digital platforms operated by us.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using s99may services and contact our support team for further guidance.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the s99may platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Not currently subject to an active self-exclusion programme on any related gambling platform.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another party.

s99may reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents — including a valid copy of your identity card or MyKad — may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same name, the same IP address, the same device or the same payment method is considered a serious violation and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, an active mobile number and an accessible email address. s99may reserves the right to reject a registration application without providing any reason.

You are fully responsible for keeping your username and account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

s99may is not responsible for any losses arising from sharing login credentials with third parties.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The s99may platform accepts deposits and manages withdrawals through designated payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Deposits: The minimum amount per deposit is RM10, regardless of the payment method chosen. Available deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). Deposits are usually credited to the account shortly after the transaction is confirmed.

Withdrawals: The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM50. After a withdrawal request is submitted and verified, the processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals are subject to anti-fraud checks that may require additional identity verification.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the same user's name.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if there is suspicious account activity or outstanding verification requirements.
• s99may reserves the right to set daily or weekly withdrawal limits based on the account verification level.
• Transaction fees, if any, are the responsibility of the payment service provider and not s99may.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

s99may offers various promotions to new and existing users from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements. Users are responsible for understanding those terms before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 100% up to RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value received before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus and your account balance becomes RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. If you deposit RM800, your bonus is RM300 (maximum cap), your account balance is RM1,100, and your wagering requirement is RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• s99may reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through hedge betting or other unauthorised methods will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the s99may platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and table games — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and s99may's internal policies.

Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in the event of a provable technical failure. In cases of technical failure such as server disruption or software errors occurring during an active game round, s99may reserves the right to void the round and return the original bet to the user.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are binding. Users may not cancel or change a bet after it has been confirmed. All game records are stored in our system and may be used as definitive evidence should any dispute arise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

s99may users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one active account.
• Using automated software, bots or unauthorised third-party programs to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other users to exploit promotions, games or payment systems.
• Using an account for money laundering or suspicious fund transfers.
• Providing false information or obstructing the identity verification process.
• Accessing the s99may platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Misusing customer support channels in an unethical or disruptive manner.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions gives s99may the right to suspend or close the account in question, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the s99may customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed after all related requirements have been fulfilled.

s99may reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the user is a minor.
• The user has breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• The user has applied for self-exclusion through the designated channel.
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from a regulatory authority.

Once an account is closed due to a violation, s99may reserves the right to withhold balances linked to suspicious activity while conducting an internal investigation. Legitimate balances will be returned to the user after the investigation is complete, unless there is evidence of fraud or unlawful use of funds.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

s99may services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. s99may does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors or downtime at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may be carried out from time to time.

s99may is not responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power supply failures or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Actions or decisions made by users based on information found on third-party websites.

s99may's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user into their account within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

s99may reserves the right to modify, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Amended terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the official s99may website.

It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms. The "Effective" date at the top of this document indicates the date the last amendment was made.

Continued use of the s99may platform after any amendment is published will be considered the user's acceptance of the amended terms. If a user does not agree with the changes made, they should stop using our services and close their account.
